- What are the basic requirements to rent a car?

- What is the difference between full/empty and full/full fuel options?
Selecting the Full/Empty option the customer must pay a fuel deposit when collecting the vehicle plus an extra for the refueling service and when returning the car he is reimbursed the amount of fuel that has not used. However, in the Full/Full option, the customer does not pay anything when picking up the rental car and can return it with the same level of fuel as he collected it, thus saving the extra of the refueling service by paying only for the fuel that has been used and at the price of the gas station where you decide to refuel.
- What if I have to cancel my car rental reservation?
In this case, each provider has specific conditions, but in general, if some kind of prepayment has been made, the full amount is refunded whenever he cancels during the first 48 hours after making the reservation as stipulated in the terms and conditions. After 48 hours, the cancellation of a reservation costs approximately 18 euros or the entire amount paid if it is less than this amount. An exception are the Non Refundable Rates that some providers offer that does not allow any modifications and in case of cancellation no refund is made.
